How do I unsubscribe?

You can unsubscribe at any time. To do so:
- Log into your account
- Go to "Subscriptions"
- Click "Manage Subscription" next to the relevant subscription
- Click the "Unsubscribe" button
- You will be unsubscribed immediately
We will not take any further payments from you. Any payments made towards your next shipment will be automatically refunded to the card used to make the original payment.
We will send you an email confirming to you that you have unsubscribed.
We will continue to keep your contact lens check and contact lens specification on our system until their expiration date in case you wish to reinstate your subscription at a later date, unless you request for your details to be permanently removed.
