How do I re-instate from unsubscribed?

You can re-instate your subscription at any time, provided you have a valid contact lens prescription.

To re-instate your subscription:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to "Subscriptions"
  • Click the Manage Subscriptions button
  • Check to see that your payment method is valid. If it is not, you'll need to update this first.
  • Click "Reactivate"

Next, agree to our Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy. Your subscription is now successfully re-instated.
