How do I skip my subscription?

If you have too many lenses, you have the option to skip your next shipment, to allow you to use up the lenses you already have, before receiving any more.

This will push your next dispatch back by one full shipment cycle.

To skip your next shipment:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to "Account"
  • Go to "Subscriptions"
  • Select the relevant order from the list by clicking the "Manage Subscription" button
  • Click the "Skip next shipment" link

Your next shipment due is now successfully skipped, and we will not ship until your next shipment after that is due. You will receive your next shipment on the date as advised on screen.
