What do I do if my order hasn't been delivered?

If your order has not been delivered, log on to your account and check that there wasn't an issue with the shipment being delivered.
- Log in to your "Account"
- Go to "Subscriptions"
- Select the relevant order from the list by clicking the "Manage Subscription" button
- Your next Shipment date will be shown on screen
Delivery is typically within 5 business days from shipping.
If you see a Shipment Status showing as "Undelivered", please contact us as this means we have made an attempt to deliver your parcel but were unable to do so.
