What do I do if I have too many Contact Lenses?

You can "pause" your subscription. Pausing a subscription allows you to nominate a specific date from which your next payments will be taken. Please note that when your payments resume you may need to make more than one payment before your next shipment will be dispatched.

If you wish to pause your subscription, for whatever reason, you can do so by doing the following:

  • Log into your account
  • Go to "Account"
  • Go to "Subscriptions"
  • Select the relevant order from the list by clicking the "Manage Subscription" button
  • Click the "Pause Subscription" link
  • Next, select the date from which you wish payments to resume
  • Click the "Create Pause Subscription" button
  • Your subscription is now successfully paused, and we will not take any more payments until the unpause date. This next shipment date will be shown on screen as your new "Due to Ship" date.
